1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk717 ("pk717", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pk717.org. 3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with pk717. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk717 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and confiscate any funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pk717 account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Notify pk717 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

pk717 will never request your password through any channel. Any communication purporting to be from pk717 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

In accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-financing of terrorism ("CFT") requirements, pk717 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds, and pk717 may request verification at any time during the player's account lifecycle.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk717 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet, instant deposits.
• HBL — bank transfer.
• UBL — bank transfer.
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on pk717:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made from and to accounts or wallets registered in your own legal name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are set by pk717 and displayed in the cashier section of your account. These are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method's availability and any applicable limits.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players who have completed the minimum registration requirements. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk717 platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause or the theory of liability asserted.

• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where pk717 has acted in good faith on instructions received through your account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pk717's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pk717 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The pk717 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk717 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the accuracy of any information displayed therein.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By the Player: You may close your pk717 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, provided there are no pending withdrawals, unresolved disputes, or active bonus wagering requirements. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method.
• By pk717: pk717 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, poses a fraud or AML risk, or if we are required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination by pk717 for cause, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation and released only upon satisfactory resolution of the matter that led to termination.
